Please read these terms carefully before joining our online yoga classes, health coaching, and transformation programs.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website and participating in Sufal Yog programs (including online yoga sessions, 21 Days Fat Loss Challenge, 12-Week Transformation, etc.), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, you must not access our programs or use our services.

Sufal Yog programs provide lifestyle coaching, yoga guidance, and general nutritional recommendations. Yoga and holistic coaching are not substitutes for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always seek the advice of your physician before beginning any physical exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions (such as spinal issues, L4-L5 disc bulges, cardiovascular conditions, or pregnancy). Practicing yoga involves risk of physical injury; by participating, you assume all such risks and agree that Sufal Yog and its instructors are not liable for any injuries sustained.
3. Class Registrations, Fees & Booking
When subscribing to our membership plans, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete health registration profile data.
- Pay all subscription fees on time. Subscriptions (Monthly or Yearly) are non-refundable and non-transferable once the classes start.
- Acknowledge that class schedules, timings, and instructors are subject to minor modifications. We will notify you in advance in such events.
4. Cancellations and Refunds Policy
Sufal Yog operates under a strict refund policy:
- All payments made for the 21 Days Challenges, 12-Week Transformation, and 1-on-1 consultations are final and non-refundable.
- Monthly live classes subscriptions cannot be paused, refunded, or rolled over to the next month due to absence.
5. Code of Conduct
Sufal Yog is a community of supportive individuals. Respectful behavior is mandatory. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership without refund if you engage in inappropriate, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior during live online Zoom/Google Meet sessions.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials including video clips, yoga flows, meal plans, recipes, text descriptions, branding elements, and layout styles on this site are the intellectual property of Sufal Yog. You may not distribute, copy, modify, or resell any content without our explicit written consent.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
